Myrna D. Allen, a native of southern Louisiana is founder and president of Devaria Consulting Group, LLC. Trained as a clinical psychotherapist, Ms. Allen promotes bringing behavioral psychology and corporate performance together. M. Allen has an extensive background in leadership and organizational development,  human capital management,  business and marketing plan development, customer relationship management (CRM), business process improvement (BPI), corporate performance management  (CPM) and best practices training for Fortune 500, governmental agencies, and small to medium-sized enterprises. 

Ms. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology and a master’s in social work from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She also earned a master of business administration (MBA) in marketing strategy & finance from Regis University at Denver, Colorado.

 Dr. Chuma Obi-udu offers training in the area of "Corporate and Personal Life Balance."  In his International Development training he focuses on:  Global Management and Leadership: Organizational Behavior and Behavior Management; Institution Building; Entrepreneurship and Community Development; Marketing and Systems design.  His focus on personal life balance incorporates principles that reinforce the energy of life that motivates one to acquire physical wealth, creativity, pleasure and freedom. The net benefit is an inclusive worker, possessing both home and work life satisfaction. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (PhD); Tulsa University (MBA); Aristotle University - Thessaloniki Greece (MS), and has provided consulting to organizations and businesses both nationally and internationally.

Opalanga Pugh is a 21st Century urban storyteller, Griot, cultural caretaker, and a bridge-maker between tradition and technology. The last nineteen years have found her working locally, nationally, and internationally as a full-time, professional storyteller sharing and collecting stories, hosting ceremonies, and conducting workshops among corporate, educational, and mental health audiences in the US, Canada West Africa and the Caribbean.

Carolyn Love is the principal of  Kebaya Coaching-Consulting, a leadership and organizational development company.  The company provides one-on-one coaching services focused on enhancing interpersonal leadership skills.  Additionally, the company offers training in the area of authentic leadership, which concentrates on helping clients bring who they are to where they work.  Ms. Love has served as the Executive Director of the Denver Metro Chamber Foundation (DMCF), while concurrently serving as the Vice President of Community Development for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.  She coordinated the Leadership Denver and Leadership Exchange Programs, while serving as Executive Director of DMCF.

Ms. Love is a 2002 Colorado Trust Fellow and received her Masters degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University.  She is a graduate of Leadership Denver, Colorado Institute for Leadership Training, Denver Community Leadership Forum, the Authentic Leadership Program at Naropa University, Advanced Minority Business Management Program, and Amos Tuck School of Business.  Presently, she is an Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University, teaching the “Foundations of Leadership.”

Kevin May, MA is founder and president of Ascend Human and Organizational Development Co. Ascend focuses on uncovering the authentic leadership ability and natural giftedness that often lie dormant in people, groups, boards and organizations. Kevin is an affiliate professor at Regis University in the Master’s of Nonprofit Management program, where he teaches leadership and spiritual development.

Effley Brooks is currently the Director of the Denver Community Leadership Forum, in the Graduate School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado in Denver. Mr. Brooks also owns Tiger Bee Consulting, a company that he started in order to expand his opportunities in working toward positive social change. Effley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Arts in Business Administration. Effley uses humor, personal experiences and poetry in his messages to inspire others.
